The first Indonesian Urban Dj to be awarded by Paranoia awards 2006 as ‘Best DJ’, he is also one of the pioneers of Indonesia’s urban club music scene existence.  DJ Cream is the front man of this industry development nation-wide.

By 1997, the influence of the New York urban scene drove his passion into settling his DJ career as an ‘Urban Dj’.  He has since driven Soul Menace Productions, Indonesia’s first Hip Hop party promoter, into a production house of International standards.

Considered by many as one of Asia’s best and constantly proving it by becoming one of Indonesia’s Representative in the international urban circuit. Opening act for concerts like; Craig David, Brian McKnight, Ja Rule and the Prodigy and spinning his ways not only in Indonesia, but out to KL, Melbourne, L.A. and most recent and consistent, Holland - "It was a dream come true and the most inspiring moment of my career" he recalls; when asked about his first debut in Holland.

Succesfullly making his comeback for the Netherlands tour in the last 4 years, spinning in famous Asian Parties and at the same time making his mark in the more international scene.  Together with his long time Dutch partner, Dj Irwan, one of Europe’s most prominent Urban Dj, they’ve teamed up and toured clubs like NOW WOW, Outland, Hollywood Music Hall (Rotterdam) , BED @ Hotel Arena, Vakzuid, Blomendaal Beach, P60 and just recently in Sinners (Amsterdam).

Back home in Indonesia, he’s currently busy running nights with his Soul Menace crew and holding his own personal nights in Jakarta’s hottest party spots. Some of those nights are; Crème de la Crème (in Dragonfly with Anton Wirjono), Fridays & Saturdays at The Blowfish (bi-monthly) and the most notorious, REWIND (winner of Paranoia awards 02 & 03 for Best R&B night).

Throughout his illustrious career, Dj Cream has been sharing decks together with some of the world’s re known DJs like; Jazzy Jeff (his major inspiration), Cash Money, Kenny Dope (USA), Nino Brown, Nick Toth, Naiki (Australia), Missill (France), Seiji (UK) and many more that can be added to the list.

His unique blend of music is proven to be efffective in pushing the musical boundaries and fits in well for varieties of different markets, playing whatever that will rock parties, from Funk, Reggae, Classics, R&B, HipHop, Dancehall, House, B-More but keeping his own signatured style and ‘bumpin’ sounds at the same time, all combined with intense energy and finnessed mixing skills and tricks. That is also the reason why he’s been making his ways spinning in the more eclectic or House parties and festivals such as; The Junction festival in Bali, Sundaze@Segarra, Mashed potato and of course, headlining the Urban areas in Festivals like, 'The Jakarta Movement' (01-03), 'Godskitchen', 'Cream', 'Heineken thirst' and more that can be mentioned.

Hard working and passionate in everything he does, DJ CREAM and his Soul Menace crew epitomised the Jakarta's urban club scene movement. He has inspired many of Jakarta's young talents in uplifting the urban scene nationwide.

Not only a guaranteed party rocker, it is undoubtful that he is one of Indonesia’s finest talents and his presence has made huge impacts in the Jakarta dance music industry.
